I have a very bad experience. Unprofessional approach, you are in a room with multiple patients, poor quality X-ray. The doctor did not show me the result, so I only found out at home that she gave me a seven instead of a six. At the new dentist I found out that the filling was layered incorrectly and the tooth could crack over time.

Great work, professional approach and nice behavior – both at the reception and with the doctor. I always like to come back here. I definitely recommend the clinic! (I am a long-time patient of the Žižkov branch)

I have been going to the doctor's office for 5 years, I am completely satisfied. Short appointment time, nice doctors and hygienists, everything can be solved in one place.

No service. You understand this already in the first minutes of meeting the staff. They don't accept you without an appointment at all. When I arrived at the appointed time for an appointment, it turned out that it was only required for the client and not for the staff. The time has been shifted by 40!!! minutes! The doctor to whom we made an appointment was absent! The miracle that came out does not match the doctor. As a result, I came not for treatment (not even for a consultation) but just to listen to the advertising!!! For their money!!! I didn’t conduct an examination, but I have already started placing implants. The clinic misinforms and deceives about working with VZP insurance. If a clinic provides information that it works with a particular insurance, then it has no right to charge for what the insurance pays for! I DO NOT recommend visiting this establishment, especially trusting your health to these amateurs!

Спасибо всем, кто работает в этой клинике. Впечатления только хорошие. Отдельная благодарность, доктору Роксолане, которой приходится заниматься моим случаем, и которая перевернула все мои представления о стоматологии. Считаю, мне очень повезло попасть именно к такому специалисту, очень ценю ее профессионализм и чуткость.

Wow! After 38 years, my phobia of dentists (and that I suffered a lot of pain at the dentist) disappeared. I was sent to the Žižkov branch from Strašnice in an acute condition - they always helped me painlessly and with a smile and patience! Thanks to the whole team! Nurses, doctors, reception. Both in Žižkov and in Strašnice. From now on I like going to the dentist.

Очень благодарны врачам и всем кто работает в этой клинике!!! У ребенка началась острая боль, позвонили в клинику, нам помогли и приняли. Ребенку 10 лет, зуб сложный в удалении, профессиональные знания врачей, и прекрасный подход к ребенку очень помог Тихону потерпеть и успешно удалить зуб, ребенок довольный без слез и психов, и без плохого осадка к докторам, готов без проблем дальше ходить, так как доктор после себя оставил для него только хорошие впечатления. Мы очень благодарны а ребенок довольный. Не первый раз в этой клинике всем рекомендую!!!

Хочу сказать огромное спасибо руководству клиники, за профессионализм и человечность, за скорость помощи и очень хорошее отношение к пациентам, муж уехал на работу и у него остро воспалился зуб, образовался флюс, начали искать , кто сможет помочь, знакомые в Одессе дали номер телефона, написав на вайбер,мне ответили мгновенно, выслушали и тут же записали мужа на прием, скоординировали, как добраться, по словам мужа, как будто это делал дома в Одессе, отличное отношение персонала, также доктор выписал все срответствующие документы для страховой, рецепты для лекарств, объяснил что и как принимать, чем полоскать и что делать. Также удивила цена за услуги, она даже очень адекватная по сравнению с тем, что нам говорили . Поэтому если у вас экстренно заболел зуб и вы в Праге, смело идите в доктор Смайл, в этой клинике вам точно помогут и спасут.

Я очень долго не могла найти хорошего стоматолога в Праге. Эту клинику мне порекомендовали знакомые и не ошиблись. Клиника очень понравилась. Мне не пришлось ждать своей очереди по несколько месяцев. Приятный и доброжелательный персонал, врачи профессионалы. Отдельное спасибо моему лечащему врачу Александре. Очень доходчиво все объяснила, ответила на все мои вопросы, дала хорошие рекомендации. Чувствовалась забота и поддержка. Процедура была безболезненной. Ставила несколько пломб в том числе и на передние зубы. Результат замечательный. Пломбы не заметно вообще) За день до посещения приходить смс-напоминание что очень удобно.
